I just wanted to say Thank You very much for the wonderful job you did on my daughters vehicle.  I was in the Insurance industry for 15 years and never had the pleasure of working with a company such as yours.  Your whole process is way beyond anything I have ever seen from a Body shop.  From start to finish there was no brain damage at all, I can honestly say that I will always recommend you to everyone with great confidence that they will have the same great experience that we did.  Thank you for all your hard work and know it is greatly appreciated.
